PNC Bank - Waxahachie Cathy K: Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited.
So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.
