He was patient, kind, and incredibly diligent in helping me get both affordable car insurance and renters insurance. My situation was a bit complicated — it literally took almost four months to complete my quote because the last name on my car title was still my married name, and I’ve since gone through a divorce. Through all of it, Demarcus never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. He kept in touch, followed up consistently, and made sure everything was handled correctly. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and I’m so grateful for his help.
