    Vanessa Gonzalez: My friends and I recently attended a trial class at your studio, and we wanted to share some feedback. First, we’d like to commend the instructor – they did an absolutely amazing job! The workout was intense, energizing, and left us feeling that every part of our body had been thoroughly challenged. We truly enjoyed the class and had nothing but positive things to say about it afterward. However, we did encounter an issue that unfortunately affected our overall experience. One of our friends arrived late and chose to respectfully wait on the bench without disturbing the class. She was genuinely interested in seeing what the class was like, having heard great things from us. About 10 minutes into the session, the receptionist handed her the phone, and the person on the line – we believe it may have been the owner or manager – spoke to her in a manner she found rude and uncomfortable. She was told she had to leave, despite having done nothing disruptive. This left her feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and she has since said she would not like to return. We completely understand and respect that studios have policies around class observation and punctuality, but we believe there may have been a more respectful and professional way to handle the situation. We wanted to share this feedback with the hope that it can help improve future experiences for others. Thank you again for the fantastic class.

    Zada Blake: I’m really disappointed with how the front desk staff is treated at this location. It’s clear the office and management team show little respect toward them, and it creates a really uncomfortable atmosphere. One staff member in particular, Rhonda, has an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude. Based on what I’ve witnessed, I absolutely would not recommend getting a membership here.

    Elaine Ramzinski: This is the only workout I’ve been able to stick with. I used to spend two or more hours at the gym and didn’t get any results. 45-60 minutes a couple times a week and a month later: my muscles were toned and I could do a couple flights of stairs without being winded. The people are fun, friendly, and supportive. Truly a no judgement place. We are all sizes and ages doing the best we can to stay healthy and have fun doing it.

    Boone Coleman: Hotworx has been a good at times and worse at others. Pros are that it’s clean and well kept. Cons are that they will hose you when it comes to canceling your account. They claim it’s a ‘2 month cancellation policy’ but they still charged me for a 3rd month after I had canceled. You better cancel on the exact billing day or you’re screwed. Hold on to your wallet when you try to get out, the owner/manager enforces this nonsense personally. For these reasons I do not recommend hotworx to anyone. Take your money elsewhere.

    Texas Tech CHAARG VP Media: CHAARG absolutely loves Harmony Collective!! Natalie has helped our organization grow so much and has been there for us since day 1. Every single workout we do at Harmony is a fan favorite among our girls and is always an amazing experience. Weve done pilates and Natalies nutritional coaching, and weve loved each one. The studios ambiance is so calming and gives you an immersive workout experience! Highly Recommend!

    Danielle (Dani): I’ve been coming to Aerial Atmosphere for about a year and it is truly the best place. I’ve always felt welcomed and safe. I never feel judged. I’ve made so many new friends and had so many new opportunities since starting my aerial journey. I have really been able to grow and leave my comfort zone a lot more since starting here, and that’s in all aspects of life not just at the studio. Highly recommend trying out a class! 10/10 would go every day if I could :)
