4 /5 Vanessa Gonzalez: My friends and I recently attended a trial class at your studio, and we wanted to share some feedback. First, we’d like to commend the instructor – they did an absolutely amazing job! The workout was intense, energizing, and left us feeling that every part of our body had been thoroughly challenged. We truly enjoyed the class and had nothing but positive things to say about it afterward.
However, we did encounter an issue that unfortunately affected our overall experience. One of our friends arrived late and chose to respectfully wait on the bench without disturbing the class. She was genuinely interested in seeing what the class was like, having heard great things from us.
About 10 minutes into the session, the receptionist handed her the phone, and the person on the line – we believe it may have been the owner or manager – spoke to her in a manner she found rude and uncomfortable. She was told she had to leave, despite having done nothing disruptive. This left her feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and she has since said she would not like to return.
We completely understand and respect that studios have policies around class observation and punctuality, but we believe there may have been a more respectful and professional way to handle the situation. We wanted to share this feedback with the hope that it can help improve future experiences for others.
