5 /5 Olga Orlova: Before I ended up with JB Jewelers I went to some recommended places where I heard "sorry we dont do this l, it cant be fixed blah blah" and then I decided to just Google something near and it was my lucky ticket because no one ever did exactly what I asked for but JB Jewelers did EXACTLY what I asked and Im impressed. No one ever repaired mt jewelry better. Now its my go to any time I have to get something repair or (I just learnt) they also do custom jewelry which Im going to use soon! That’s when Plano Custom Jewelers popped up—less than half a mile away. I made a quick U-turn and headed straight there. When I arrived, a couple was getting some rings resized, and a polite young gentleman greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I could wait. Just two minutes later, the owner, Willie, came out from the back. I explained what happened, and he took a look at my watch. Without hesitation, he went into the back and put it back together. But that’s not all—he also cleaned the watch and made it look almost brand new again! Willie was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. No pressure, no upselling—just great customer service. It’s rare to find a local business like this that truly cares. They also have a really nice selection of unique watches and jewelry. CC Ryder: Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.

Newman instantly made me feel like I want to be a lifelong customer. I can’t explain it, but you have to experience this place for yourself. You have to walk in the store and talk with that staff, because Another Time and Place is an experience, not just a shop. The craftsman ship and knowledge blew my mind. Truly my new favorite store! I want all the soap, towels, rugs, lighting, everything!
