5 /5 G K: Ive been a Jazzerciser for many years and swear by this workout. It really is the highlight of my day. There are several types of workouts - usually a mix of cardio and strength with some dedicated strength workouts. There is even a 30 minute stretch class for those who want that extra stretch. You can tailor it to suit your body - make it high or low impact (jumps vs marches). Instructors are friendly, inspiring and very helpful. The community is inclusive - there are adults of all ages and with different dancing abilities. Even if you cant dance (I couldnt) you never feel out of place and you learn to dance better. Highly recommend Jazzercise Sugarland. There are various timings for classes, so just pick one that suits you!
