1 /5 Yvonne Gutierrez: Horrible experience, no communication from JA associates. I went in to have 11 charms removed from one bracelet to another. Bertha assisted me through this process and when I arrived to pick up the bracelets NONE of the charms were moved. So basically the way I dropped them off is exactly how I received the bracelets back. The only thing that was done to them was a cleaning. I was informed it was a confusing process of placement of charms. First, there where very detailed instructions for placement and if there was a question of placement no associate reached out to me to discuss any concerns.
Bertha also stated, "well we only been open for two week." And if I wanted to wait they could do it right now. No thanks JA Associates should have been proactive before and maybe check orders to see if it was done as per customer request.
The receipt of payment has very detailed instructions on the placement of charms.
