1 /5 Jessica Salinas: I needed my car insured, and the man in the back kept trying to manipulate me into getting liability instead of full coverage. His attitude plain and simple gave me the vibe like he didnt want to help me. He waisted my time for a bit just so that he can tell me he cant help me yet till a later date as if he was looking for a way no to help. That could have been told to me or my mother in the very beginning when we asked by phone. We went somewhere else and told them my situation and they helped in a heartbeat so my mom and I switched to the other place that was more helpful.
