1 /5 Luisana Espinoza: I recently had changes made to my policy without my consent , and when I called to speak to Adolfo Torres he was not available. I specifically requested a callback. I called again to speak to him since I never received a call back. I eventually called and spoke to Mr. Torres to ask for specific details on the changes and up charges to my policy. Mr. Torres demeanor immediately changed. I told him I did not agree with the changes and I would be seeking another agency. Next thing I knew, I saw a charge on my bank account statement that I did not authorize. I was charged without my consent. This is extremely unprofessional! Everything was much better whenever Jose was still working. Ever since he is no longer with the company, it hasn’t been the same. Jose was always very professional, informative. Jose always updated me with any changes and reminded me to make my payment.
