5 /5 James Hartnett: I became a member of Iron Den almost 2 years ago and I am extremely grateful for several aspects of what Joe and Tammy provide as owners of the best gym I’ve personally been a part of. The equipment is great and it’s a pretty cool touch to know that a lot of it was Lou “Hulk” Ferrigno’s personal equipment. I personally love their inspirational quotes, love for our country and most importantly our Lord and savior!!! Their encouragement, support and attitude toward their members is what sets them and their gym apart from all the others. I highly encourage you give Iron Den a try!

5 /5 Tim Young: An incredible gym. Great equipment. Great personal training - I get my training from Kyle, who I recommend. Most importantly to me, people go here to train and work out. The members are folks who are there to work, not film social media, bring attention to themselves, or camp on equipment like other gyms. The owners are very personable and pros at training themselves, so they knew what to build in a gym experience. Im glad I found this place, and have already seen results in a short amount of time.

The trainers are highly trained, highly motivated and are there for you and your goals. I have been working out with their trainer Susan and the personal touch and guidance is outstanding.
