5 /5 christina bigler: I appreciate the level of experience all trainers have with the fine tuning of exercises and precision given as feedback to improve. I like that its not about spending more time in the gym but accuracy in training. I do think I will eventually obtain my fitness goals but I really appreciate the twice a week approach to a different lifestyle. I like that once you finish your workout, you can leave. I appreciate the different levels of intensity you can achieve at each station.
