2 /5 April T.: Made an appointment and taxes werent filed at my appointment she only took our paper work. Called 2 days later and my taxes still were not filed. I was told my balance of doing my taxes and found out upon receiving my refund check that there was a charge by "bank". Would have liked to have information before filing what exactly will be refund total. Not 2 totals! Good people, but unhappy with service. The prior times I filed upon it being a brand new business, I was more then happy with service !!!

Then he closed our sale and did not wire the money into our account. Now I have no house and I don’t have the money either. The will not answer their phone or respond to emails after hours so I will have to wait until Monday to find out where my cash is.

I was told I would be able to cash large checks as I normally do without any issue I tried to cash in $1900 check And they werent able to.
