First Convenience Bank - Greenville (TX)

1 /5 RED BEARD: Terrible bank and terrible banking system in the process of switching my business to them because theyre open on Sundays. I was told I would be able to cash large checks as I normally do without any issue I tried to cash in $1900 check And they werent able to. I have since then removed all my guys from this bank I will let everyone know not to do business with them. They basically told me while one to here so I would sign up with them..

1 /5 James: The ATM is typically out of money no matter when you visit. No thank you to waiting in a line where there isnt a sense of urgency. November 2nd, the ATM is functional however out of cash for two straight days. November 9th, the ATM is functional however out of cash for over a week. I used the other ATM at their Walmart location and it always has money.

1 /5 Billy Gray: This bank is no good. They lie to people. I deposit a check they gave me instant access to it then put on hold after 3 hours. They said would be 10 days to clear unless I can get the other bank to confirm it clears. I wait couple days get the other bank to confirm it cleared they still will not release it. The other bank faxed them what they wanted and nothing. This bank is no good.

1 /5 charity janway: This manager is horrible. I called, talked to a teller, she wouldnt help me bc the manager wouldnt approve it. Then I asked to speak to him. He gave me the run around and told me he couldnt help me, only people that he knows personally and wouldnt even confirm my personal information and pull my account number up over the phone. He said he did pull my account number by my phone number? I didnt know that was even a thing. Plus I have 3 different accounts, I couldve been asking about a different one, but he didnt have my account even pulled up. Hes full of it. I asked him to transfer me to the corporate office. The man I talked to at corporate said yes they can definitely pull up my account and let me know if a bill I had coming through was returned or not. Thats all i needed to know, not that huge of an issue. I wasnt asking to transfer money or anything about the account other than if a payment had been returned. That manager was on one in the Greenville bank. If he didnt want to help me, he shouldve just said so. I was definitely not a priority like Ive always been. Ive been banking with this bank for over 15yrs. Ill never go to this one until they get new management for sure.

Hours of operation are horrible...it would be great if they opened the same time daily throughout the weekdays...its very confusing. ...orherwise havent had a problem. 10am is just not a good opening time, most people in Texas want to get to the bank early when its hot outside.
