    Shara Rogers: Tired of the rude attitudes that the ladies in this office have. Was literally told today that they dont care and they acted like they dont want to hear anything you have to say! Theres no need to be so rude so early in the morning. They acted like I had to either come in to their office to sign something to reinstate my policy because it lapsed by a few days because I had to wait for my payday or call and talk to Progressive at their main number...which I had already tried but due to the Hurricane Helene they were having high call volume. I tried explaining to this local agent that I work overnight and sleep days and needed to make my payment and she literally said that wasnt her problem & she didnt care. This agency does not care if youre a shift worker. Oh they can take your money but want to treat you like crap! Im going to switch agents or companies to someone not so attitudish!! Maybe some other company will appreciate my money!
