    Ari Cash: If I could give no stars I would. Such an unprofessional place to have had an experience. Whoever the woman is who was working at 2pm on 02/23/24 found it appropriate to roll down her window as she drove away and yell profanities at my fiance. Simply bc he was upset she was 1. Leaving her job unattended during open hours and 2. For saying she didn’t care that my finance and 3 year old daughter were waiting in the car after driving an hour away to the closest location. She laughed at us as she got in her car as well. Honestly just a hateful woman. Anyways all of this to say we just wanted to cancel our plan and were told we had to in person. Just for this to happen and us be able to do it over the phone. Truly I recommend taking your money elsewhere. And to miss girl, I hope your attitude as well as you life improves and that maybe you do some self reflecting

    Angel: I want to start off saying I was with the bank for almost 11 years. When I first opened the account the members were so nice and made sure to take care of their customers. The last two years I have been with this bank it has been nothing but drama and issues. Why should I have anxiety about calling my bank with an issue or even coming in person?! I rudely was interrupted by Neeley the very last time I came in. It embarrassed me and I actually got in my car and had a mild anxiety attack on the way home to Fort Hood. Any time I would call she would give me an attitude as would one other girl. This is my money and I chose to bank with you… I was being charged $5 anytime I used my savings account over a certain amount. That’s fine. But that was never discussed with me when I opened my account long ago. I had only asked to be reimbursed for some of the money taken from me. I was told I could “probably” get some of the money back by one of the female managers. Now that I’ve taken my business elsewhere I realized what I was missing out on. I do hope you all don’t treat every customer that way. It’s honestly a shame.
