    Thomas Brown: Just finished week long Basketball camp. Was not impressed. They said they would have a maximum of 10 students per coach that was a lie and it felt like a Basketball day care. Expected more drills and more instruction. facility was nice but lacked what we were used to as far as camps goes. Will not be back. Instructors should definitely not be on phones during classes.

    Devon Hertzler: If you’re wanting a workout that will change your life HOTWORX will do it! I love the 3d workouts, privacy, and guidance with the virtual instructors. I had one trial class and was hooked! The crazy part is I never liked yoga or Pilates I was always a fast cardio lover. But now I get both and obsessed with how I feel and look leaving the sauna!

The staff and overall facility are very welcoming, so if you’re anxious or nervous about working out for the first time, don’t worry! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, it is evident that they are there to support you. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Melissa for a few months now and from the beginning she has always been super encouraging. She’ll push you to do your best and she won’t let you quit, which I appreciate because she helps keep me disciplined. She’ll show you how to use the machines, correct your form, and have you do a variety of exercises that prevent working out from getting boring. Thank you Melissa for helping me become stronger and more confident in myself!

    Theodore Nguyen: Imperial Gym is a great gym with offers all bodybuilding equipment you could ask for as well as tons of powerlifting equipment if you’re trying to get a SBD in. The owners Derek and Maggie are very friendly and the gym is very clean as well as having air conditioning for the hot summer days! This gym offers everything for people of all fitness levels from beginners to world class powerlifters. Don’t be afraid to give it a try as the community is awesome and really supportive! Definitely my favorite gym in the Houston area!

    Jacque Lew: Coach Calvin is passionate about teaching young males and females the fundamentals of basketball. He has contributed to my son fine-tuning his basketball skills and making the school team and my daughter continues to attend his basketball training sessions. She have become confident in dribbling, shooting and defending. I’m so grateful for Infinite Fitness Basketball Training Program. He also emphasizes good sportsmanship and respect. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping you grow—whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. The training sessions are intense but rewarding, and the atmosphere pushes you to be your best. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a real sense of community. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and you truly feel like you’re part of something bigger. I’ve seen huge improvements in my technique, conditioning, and confidence since I joined. Highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Easily one of the best decisions I’ve made!

    Amy Richards: Happy Third Anniversary, Total Performance Fitness! Three years of hard work, dedication, and growth. Here’s to many more years of success and community. TPF has been more than just a fitness center for me; it’s been my home, my sanctuary, and my constant source of inspiration for the past three years. Despite not participating in competitive sports since junior high, I am treated like an athlete here and surrounded by high performers in various disciplines. It’s a community where we can laugh about a grueling workout while encouraging one another to keep going. I have experienced significant personal growth (and muscle growth) during this journey, and I’m grateful to share it with all of you. Although my family has known the Franklin family for around twenty years, I didn’t start attending LeRoy’s functional strength training classes regularly until he opened the gym. My life has been in limbo since moving back to Texas, but LeRoy has been a stable influence during this time. His knowledge and experience in the industry are unmatched, and he covers a vast range of physical pursuits. I am deeply grateful for his support, especially during times when I’ve dealt with injuries or wasn’t feeling my best. He always modifies the workouts to accommodate my needs while still pushing me to my limits. LeRoy is also happy to share his nutritional knowledge. From the importance of protein in muscle recovery to the benefits of a balanced diet, he’s always ready to answer my challenging or, at times, naive questions. This man works harder than anyone I know and consistently demonstrates his dedication. That’s why TPF is celebrating another year today. Congratulations, LeRoy!     Gabriel Dickerson: Staff was very nice and professional. The gym aura was great. It wasnt crowded, so there was plenty of space to workout, and most importantly, people respected everyones personal space. They have a tanning machine, as well as an ultraviolet skin care machine (may not be referring to it properly), and some massage machines as well along with a few other perks. Be sure to check them out.
