    Monique Ruiz: We were referred to Mike by my brother in law when my daughter was having some leg pain during summer track. He was able to assess my daughter right away and start a treatment plan. My daughter is only 11 so Mike was so great on educating her on proper stretching and recovery steps after her workouts. With his help she ran pain free at the TAAF State Track Meet this past July. She not only ran pain free but also gained strength and speed with his training. We are super excited to continue strength and conditioning training with Mike at Bio-Dynamic Athletics!
