Places like this build the warrior spirit in men, women, and children. That is important in the lives of men. It sets up a foundation of a good relationship with working hard to achieve something. The coaches here are a family of trainers and competitors driven to change peoples lives. Active and healthy lifestyles save lives.

    Brooke Estrada: Crossfit Sky385 has become my second home. I was new to crossfit before hoping Sky385. I was intimidated and scared to try it out since it was something new to me. Coach Sky makes sure that everybody feels welcome and comfortable. Coach Sky is simply the best. She makes sure each and every one of her clients feels seen, supported, and pushes them to reach their goals. She is a professional and is very reliable. Coach Sky is a phenomenal coach, but an even better person all around. I don’t know one client in the gym who doesn’t love her. It’s hard not to like her bubbly, happy self. Sky385 is all about bringing the community together!! It’s for all women & men, all ages, moms with young babies/kids, those who work and don’t! Sky offers many different class options that work around everybody’s schedule! Sky385 has become my “self care” daily therapy. It has done so much for me physically and mentally. I am forever thankful for the community of Sky385 and cannot wait to see it continue to grow! Coach Sky is the perfect coach if you’re looking for somebody who pushes you to reach your goals while encouraging you to grow.

He worked with me over the phone and it was a smooth experience. The gym is great. Old school machines and has a good old school vibe. Everything you need to get your workouts are here. Loved it for my stay, definitely recommended.

    Keila Orozco: Started coming to this gym to workout with my bf and while initially I was a bit intimidated because it is a lift gym, I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was. The atmosphere is really clean and they play amazing music. I 100% recommend this gym for everyone from the beginner to the most experienced. You won’t be disappointed!
