    Kieran Geehan: I travel the world for business and have visited dozens of Anytime Fitness locations across the globe. After moving from The absolute best Anytime fitness location in Ridgefield WA where the owners and trainers really paid very close attention to customer service and the highest quality of the product we find the Willis location to be on the exact opposite of the scale. The GM is rude and condescending and the equipment is in absolute horrible and in some cases dangerous condition. The rowing machine for example looks and feels like it was out in the rain for 3 years. When I brought this to her attention she basically scoffed and said no one else is complaining about it and that she will have the maintenance guy look at it eventually but not to expect it to change. That it’s not approved anytime fitness equipment and would have to be replaced and not to expect that either. The spin bike is another example of the poor equipment in the gym. It’s a kids bike and too small to ride without injuries. This is also not approved Anytime Fitness equipment or even required equipment in the gym so not to expect it to change. The owners and staff have, I can only assume, never been to a well maintained Anytime location especially when they think the conditions of the equipment is good enough to have on the floor. This location has put in question my and my wife’s membership with Anytime Fitness and this location should be avoided. I have uploaded a few pics but unfortunately the video demonstrating the noise and roughness of motion will not upload.

    Monica Bresofski: I joined Spring Fitness almost a year ago (2024) and Ive been satisfied. Its a mid-size gym, however it has all the equipment that I need and would think most people to have a successful workout. The monthly cost is affordable and if you pay in full for the year, they offer an even better discount. Best of all, its only a few miles from my house, which makes it convenient.
    The Zoo Health Club - The Woodlands
    Camry Cam: I like this gym. I joined specifically for the amazing Latin dance (Zumba) class. This facility needs to do a better job with updating their FB page. The instructor has been out for 3 weeks. It would be nice to know what classes are happening in lieu of Zumba. Also, this gym is NOT cheap. Is it too much to ask that they hire a real Zumba instructor to sub the class?
    F45 Training Woodforest TX - Montgomery
    Lindsay Trees: I’ve tried many other gyms over the last 30 years and nothing compares to F45. Everyday there is a different workout and setup. The members are very welcoming and jokingly hold one another accountable which is important. Top notch coaches that will watch your form but also understand your personal goals. Small class sizes, so in most instances it’s the energy of a packed room but the luxury of a private session. The facility is always clean and there are always drinks or supplements on hand if needed. Parking is direct and easy, no garages.
    F45 Training West Lake Conroe - Montgomery
    Taryn Jordan: This F45 is AMAZING! Very well ran, great community, and amazing workouts! They have a lot of class times to choose from and have on site merch to purchase. I always leave here feeling better than I did when I came in. Cannot recommend it enough!!

    Byrd Byrd: Often replicated never duplicated! Lift Strong Run Fast is hands down the best gym in the Spring / Woodlands / Conroe area… Heck all of Houston and surround areas! Scott Wells has a well rounded regimen of fitness and recovery, tons of experience and training from some of the best in the world. If you’re not training at LSRF then what are you even doing?
