Over 6 months being a regular and theres no other place Id recommend if youre invested in being your best self, or just want to get a taste of what itd be like to be a fitter you. All 8 of our coaches each bring their way of empowering you to be great, so youve never got to worry about classes being different depending on the coach. I went from using just a barbell when I started to doing my bodyweight in some lifts and wake up and go to bed much easier with little to no pain thanks to post accessory workouts following each class to make sure we leave feeling great and with no worries about the next day. We also have second Saturday workouts every month at 9:30, so people can get a free taste of the crossfit community!!! So come on!!!
Just finished my first class at Crossfit Enoch. Everyone from the staff to your fellow workout classmates is welcoming and encouraging, and you get the sense that everyone has that same goal to just get themselves and others around them better. David is the man when it comes to going over what to expect and giving you that feeling that you can indeed do what you set out to here. If youre inexperienced like me (first time working out regularly ever), theyre great at figuring out how you need to start as opposed to your experienced classmates and theres no shaming or awkward looks if you arent pulling the same weights. Tim led my first class and he was great at showing appreciation for whatever effort I gave and encouraging, but not pushing to do more. Hes aware everyone that comes here will get to their goals eventually. Im so glad I made the decision to come here and Ill be going Monday-Friday after work!!! Might even drop by on some Saturdays as well.
