1 /5 Paul Cooksey: This place deserves 0 stars. We bought a grain trailer from them earlier this year. They pointed out only a small ding in the side. We get it up to our place and it was so twisted we couldn’t even hook it up to our truck. Clearly had been rolled/tipped, and they never mentioned it. I know it’s a risk to buy used farm equipment but this places is as shady, deceiving, and greedy as they come. Never will get my business or anyone I know again.

The Real Young Mensah: Literally this people came took my car and never sent me a letter. I emailed to get my bank account changed on the account they never updated and had the wrong address as well. I’ve been emailing no response and when i call I’m put on hold to be transferred and get hung up on! This is literally ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would the experience has been terrible you have to jump through hoops even if you are going through a rough patch and they seem to not be knowledgeable on help if they aren’t in that specific department it’s baffling and disappointing.

Dennis Mikhail: Had my taxes done here a couple years ago, and then got audited 2 years later because they filed our taxes improperly. Being tax experts I would expect them to let us know hey this is not the way to do this or actually doing it the right way and then on top of that charging us $300 which was a discounted price to file our taxes with no audit protection according to them even though I remember them telling us that there was audit protection. Now my spouse and I owe $14,000 to the IRS and theyre of course not liable for anything like any other crooked business that doesnt want to do what they get paid to do. I understand if we have a debt we have a debt that is our responsibility but the reason to go to a tax expert is to make sure this type of thing doesnt happen. Otherwise we would have just done this ourselves or went to h&r block which would have charged a quarter of that price and had audit protection. I would stay away from these people if you want to make sure you dont have any legal repercussions with the IRS.
