5 /5 sr mos: Helioss Fitness is by far the “BEST” gym i have been to PERIOD! Each trainer has an impressive resume so you can’t go wrong with any one of them. I came to Helioss Fitness to incorporate strength training into my weekly routine. When I first walked into the gym you can feel nothing but good vibes from this place. I sat down with Grant the owner, to discuss my goals and a little about myself. During our conversation, I could tell Grant and his team are all about their clients. About helping them create the best version of themselves and I was sold. He assigned Tyler West as my trainer. Now Tyler, has a great background in fitness and as a trainer. When I met Tyler I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through every exercise and movements. I gain a lot of muscle mass while losing weight in under 2 months training with Tyler. My only regret is that I didn’t go to Helioss Fitness sooner. This place is a Heaven sent and a great place to become a better version of yourself!

Lindsey has taken time to get to know my needs, and diversify my workouts, while patiently working with my health issues to ensure I benefit from each workout and not exacerbate underlying health concerns. In 3 months I have gotten so much stronger! I feel confident when I workout independently at the gym, but always know Lindsey is a text away if I have questions. Grant did an excellent job in matching my needs with Lindsey’s knowledge. I can’t recommend Helios Fitness enough!
