1 /5 Bea J: I had a consultation with Richard. Payment link for consult was sent to me to which I gladly paid. Payment process and scheduling of consultation was seamless. Proceeding beyond that was difficult. After the consultation, the communication was lacking. Richard informed me that I would be charged again to proceed. I agreed however the link was never sent as it was the first time. There were no different instructions provided on where/how to submit payment information. I patiently waited and called numerous times. No calls were returned for months eliminating the option to even pay via phone. Firm stated that I refused to pay and that several months passed without hearing from me when in fact I did attempt to contact them several times and they failed to respond. After I left a review in March, they promptly respond to my email from January demonstrating that they had the capability to respond to clarify anything or send the payment link/payment info all along. They asked me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. The firm is tricky their wording/responses and refuse to acknowledge that they went months without returning my email and phone calls emphasizing that no payment was made (although I attempted contact them via phone to inquire about why I received a payment link for the first payment, but not for the fee needed to continue). The firm places blame on customers lacking the integrity to admit their short comings. From other reviews, its becoming obvious that they are not always responsive. Its ironic that they were able to promptly respond to a negative review almost immediately, but take months to respond to an email or phone call. They have made the issue out to be that they could not proceed because I did not pay. The simple truth is that I was forgotten about for months until I left a review. Payment link could have been sent at any time just like it was for the consultation.
