5 /5 Jaclyn Avalos: GREAT gym for competitors and people who just want to workout and get healthy! I came in one day for a free training session with Rick. Next thing I know I got a membership and have now been training with him for over a year! Rick has transformed me physically and mentally and helped me see my full potential as an athlete. With him, I’ve been able to place and win in multiple powerlifting meets and even a bodybuilding competition. My health and physique has changed for the better since training at this gym. It is a welcoming environment for people of ALL levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you want to better yourself as an athlete, competitor, or even just lose/gain a few pounds, this is the perfect place to be. Awesome equipment, motivating trainers, and friendly community, this gym has it all! Not to mention a smoothie/snack bar, massage therapy, body waxing, and body sculpting…it has it all!!! Stop wasting time and try it out :)

My wife used to go here with her best friend and one of the trainers there was super insufferable so she decided to stop going due to being uncomfortable. She called the gym a month ago the owner stated that he would cancel her membership and even told her send a text to him so he could help her out. A month later she is still being charged and so she reached out with a text to the owner she again explained what happened and left her on read. She’s been calling for the last 3 days and it just seems like he is purposely ignoring her at this point. Now we have to show up to a gym where she doesn’t feel comfortable in just to try to get a refund and a cancellation on her membership as she was told an entire month ago. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

5 /5 Jaime Carrasco: Hardcore Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The energy, the atmosphere, and the supportive community make it an incredible place to train. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall fitness, this is the place to be. A huge shoutout to Saul, one of the personal trainers—he is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly cares about his clients’ progress. He pushes you to your limits while making sure you’re using proper form and staying injury-free. His workouts are challenging but effective, and he always finds a way to keep things fresh and engaging. If you’re serious about reaching your fitness goals, I highly recommend Hardcore Fitness—and definitely book some sessions with Saul. You won’t regret it!

1 /5 Monica L: Edited to 1 star. I have emailed to cancel my account and I am now needing. To report the charges as fraud to my credit card company. Had to abruptly move from El Paso. I have reached out to this gym multiple times using multi methods to cancel my membership and I am still being charged. Its worse that Planet Fitness to cancel

1 /5 Tracey Jeanphilippe: I’m being forced to show up at a gym that I’m uncomfortable in just to cancel a membership and get a refund that should have been canceled a month ago. The owner is ignoring me. I texted he read it. I called, he’s not answering. I’m really annoyed because I already spoke to him on the phone explaining everything a month ago. He’s the one who told me that it would be canceled. The fact that this gym is still cause me stress an entire month later is absurd.
