GG: Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it.
During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees.
Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!
Kristina Brantley: They are very helpful and very kind. Their loans are not that expensive, like other loan facilities in the area. Christmas is right around the corner so I will let people know if they need a few extra bucks pronto is the way to go.
