Ms. Mari Barry: Coach Josh is awesome! He tKes you where you are and supports you in your progress. I started out mid June, overweight and very discouraged. I have lost 21 lbs and am still going strong. Not only am I losing weight, Im getting stronger and have more energy. I recommend Josh and Rock Fitness 100%. The atmosphere is also very friendly and encouraging. You can do it.

Jezka Thompson: The only negative thing I have to say about the BCAC is their hours arent logical for most gym people to enjoy. Like how you going to close early in a Friday night. DVD the workers start closing up 10 min making you feel rushed. Like, "yall code at 8, Im going to without u until 8!!!!

Austin Parkins: This place is AMAZING. You really wouldnt expect a gym of this quality in such a small town. Lots of fabulous equipment in good repair. The treadmills, stair climbers, and other cardio machines are usually available with no wait. Downstairs is a great open space which allows for a variety of fitness classes all of which are included in your membership. I I highly recommend this gym.

Jorea Dyson: LOVE, LOVE,LOVE coming to Resolve Pilates. It’s my happy place! I’ve always wanted to do pilates and I’m so glad Edna has an amazing place to go. I’ve been going for months now and hands down Reformer is my favorite, but all the other classes are equally as fun and definitely give you a well rounded work out. 10/10 absolutely recommend. If you’ve been curious about Pilates this is the place to go!

sergio birch tello: This gym is amazing. Ill agree you can find cheaper deals in bigger cities but thats because you have big corporate conglomerate gyms. This is not that. You really do get a lot for what you pay so I think it is a very fair price. The place is always kept very clean and Polly is amazing to work with. I see myself moving to Edna for work again, and without a doubt, Ill join this gym again. Thanks Total Body Gym for providing us gym junkies a great second home!!!
