Christina really pushes in a positive way and pays attention to little details. We have already seen significant improvements. I highly recommend you try it. There is also a small gym if you want to workout while your kid does class or parents night out if you need a date night! Update September 2025 Started taking the adult Saturday class. Great way for adults to work on cardio and flexibility.

She puts great effort into understanding her clients needs and designing an individual program, while adjusting to those needs as they change. She also participates actively in the wider "world of Pilates", and attends frequent instructor training and workshops to increase the value she brings to each session. Kristen is always positive and encouraging! Her studio is a good size for individual instruction and allows for increased focus and easy communication between instructor and client.
