She keeps every class fresh and engaging by mixing up the routines — no two classes ever feel the same. I really appreciate how she incorporates a variety of movements that challenge different muscle groups and keep things interesting. You can tell she puts a lot of thought and passion into every class. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to level up their Pilates practice.

5 /5 Kylee Cantu: Ive been to quite a few Pilates studios over the years, but this one truly stands out! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and energizing. Also, CLEAN! What really sets this studio apart are the incredible instructors and free community events they put on. Every instructor (Miram, Bella, Zoe, Alexa, Ellie, Krista, Kaylee, & Jade- many more I am looking forward to meeting) Ive worked with is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Each are unique and offer a variety of routines and playlists! They offer thoughtful adjustments and always encourage you to challenge yourself. If you are shaking then you are doing it right!! Whether youre a beginner or more advanced, youll feel supported and empowered in every class. Plus- met so many great girls. My husband even joined and loves it! Truly my home away from home.

My daughter has made so much progress in just one year starting with the preschool class and moving up to pre-team. Same with my son, he started in the parent assisted tots program and has moved up to the preschool class. They both have learned so much. And the coaches are phenomenal!!!

Tara White: My husband and I are powerlifters and we were traveling through the area and needed to find a good gym that has the equipment needed for training. Eisbar, a small but well crafted gym, really exceeded expectations, both with quality equipment and our experience with the owner, Shawn. It was obvious to us that Shawn is dedicated to his strength gym, the lifters, and his community in general. We appreciated how easy it was to get day passes. If you are a beginner lifter, you will feel comfortable and welcomed here. When we walked in, Shawn was training a group of women who have survived cancer, helping them embrace their power through strength training. If you are a serious lifter, powerlifters especially, you will feel comfortable knowing youve got all the best equipment for the sport and calibrated plates, he also does coaching/training and is knowledgeable and friendly! Wish we lived closer so we could make this our home gym, but we will absolutely be back if we travel nearby again!

Danielle: I dont like paying $30 a month for hair in the shower and toilet paper on the floor for multiple days i come in. Never using those again. Lots of people dont wipe down equipment and are pretty loud n rude. My fault for picking the gym but oh well (the black card membership says its 24 (including taxes) but its 27 fyi. I was late to make a payment and they put me in the negatives snd never returned it, charged me double on top of that too. Theres a late fee no one warns you about and it cost the same as the membership.
