5 /5 Alexandria Pankoke: The Gym is great place to work out if you are looking for community and functional fitness. What I love most about it is the intentionality behind the programming. The workouts are very well designed to help anyone at any fitness level meet their goals. If you are looking for a place to lift as much as you can as quickly as possible, this is not the gym for you; but if you are looking for a place where you can get stronger and healthier in way that is both safe and effective— you will love it! As a chiropractor, that was super important to me. No one had time to nurse injuries that could easily be prevented with good programming!
