I chose to work with her over another lender that preapproved me just because she was more responsive and on top of things. She was always willing to answer my questions or provide me with a detailed explanation when needed. I had no problem with closing on time thanks to all of their hard work and diligence.

He made my refinance less stressful, answered all of my questions, gave me the best solutions for my situation and guided me thru the entire process!! Although the interest rate was a little bit higher than we had hoped to get and my home appraised for just a little less than we wanted it too, none of that stopped the process!
