Masters: Today I ran into some opposition with a couple of payments from clients on how they printed my name and occupation on them where the bank was afraid that they would get penalized if they cashed them. I then went to Cliffs because not only did I need my money to get my seizure meds today but my mother in law passed this morning and we needed to travel. Well Jessica at Cliffs was not only professional but went above and beyond to assist me today . She took my application, got feedback from management and advocated for me to make sure I received my payments. Then she took it a step further and advised me that she could load my Cash App card and my personal debit card for my Bank account and did just that! She ended up saving me from traveling to Walmart and my bank across town in Coppell. I am beyond grateful and satisfied with her service and respect towards me today. Jessica did more than help in my financial transactions she made deposits of peace into my mental health bank!
