fernando rodriguez: If I could leave zero stars I would. The location shares a sidewalk and wall with Target. This morning my two boys who are 1 and 3 went in there excited after our trip to target to pick gifts for their wonderful mom (my wife). We wanted to solidify our purchase by getting mom a much deserved charm bracelet with 3 charms to add that represented each one of us. Because it was just me with the boys and it was about 24 degrees Fahrenheit outside, I opted to run into the store with my target cart and two kids sitting inside. I didn’t want them running around the store in respect to them and we knew exactly what we wanted. As soon as we walked in a woman with short blond hair very rudely came to us and said we needed to leave because the cart is “not their property.” I was shocked…I mean if i had taken my stroller in there(it was at home), that isn’t their property either, but that would make it okay? I pleaded that we knew what we wanted and we just wanted to make a purchase. We were t window shopping. I said “don’t you want my business.” The lady responded with I don’t care you have to get the cart out of here. I then decided to leave and said “fine, I just won’t buy anything.” She waived her hand up in the air and said “whatever.” I’ve been a loyal James Avery customer for over 22 years. I got my first necklace with a cross from them when I turned 14 and had been shopping ever since. This particular location is always slow so you’d think they would do what they can to get customers to purchase. As I recall, the same lady is always in the back trying to avoid people and I’ve had to go tell her in the past that I want to buy something. Don’t shop here!

Alice Shelton: Upon getting a battery for my watch I was told the watch had rust in the works. I took it to a reputable jeweler in Dallas and found out it was only dirt. The battery they replaced did not last very long either. Oh my watch is working perfectly now. I had sterling silver with old European marks on the handle. McEwen Jewelers said it was not sterling and that they did a test. Immediately took it to another jeweler who tested and said it was in fact sterling silver which I knew was correct. Will not use this jeweler again. I had left a msg with the woman who works the counter for the owner to return my call so that I could inform him of the problems. I never heard back.
