5 /5 Moet T: I wouldnt take my fine jewelry nowhere else. Bought pendant in an auction and the bail for chain was too small. Brought it to Flores and within 10 minutes he had a solution. They called me before the time frame of completion was done(finished early). They sent me a picture of product and went out of there way to ship it to me in Colorado. Wonderful team and staff. Thanks again

5 /5 Jesus Anchondo: Brought in my watch for a new battery and detailed work. The young lady was soo nice and polite to start. And were able to replace the battery and do the detail work in 10min. Not everyone will probably get expeditious service but the atmosphere and labor make it a great experience. Kudos! Thank you so much.

5 /5 Lee C.: I recently took five watches into Flores Jewelers to have batteries replaced. I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received. I was advised, prior to any work taking place, that one of the watches was quite old and might have difficulty when closing the case. We proceeded regardless and all five watches had their batteries replaced and had the bands inspected with no problems I felt the charge was quite reasonable and all were done in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend Flores Jewelers on Madison in Murrieta.

1 /5 Jeremy: I dropped off my watch to get the capacitor replaced and was told 3-4 days for pickup. After 4 days, I called to check on the status. The individual that answered could not find my watch and said she would call me back. No one ever called back. I called back on the sixth day, spoke to a couple different people about my watch, and was eventually told it would be ready in a couple days. They promised they would call me as soon as it is ready. The phone call never came. Three days later I go in person to get my watch back, repaired or not. I was told it was not ready and they could not return it without a specific employee present that is not answering her phone and not due to come in for another couple of hours. Regardless of whether or not my watch is repaired when I finally get it back, I will not be returning to this shop.
