Thomas Simmons: Brought my daughter here for a birthday party and I was not impressed with the facilities. There was a bad smell throughout the building that was only not present in the pool aria. Im guessing this is due to the chlorine. I would definitely not pay the quoted fees for a membership.

Phil Edat: I stayed for just a month in Odessa, and this was by far the best gym in town (I might even argue this is one of my favorite gyms, and I travel all around). Toby is a great owner, he set up my membership while he was in Florida for some sort of bodybuilding show. I couldn’t recommend this place more

Daniel Cardenas: Staff can be really rude when it comes to canceling your membership. Also seems like a pyramid scheme type of gym i’ve been to many and have never had SO MUCH crazy rules. Most gyms just let you cancel whenever you want and don’t require much however Hotworx does not. They require you to have 2 cards on file even when they are only charging one if not they charge you more monthly. You have to be there six months or more in order for there to be no cancellation fee if your there for any less they charge you for your monthly membership STILL (you dont get to use it for the rest of the month either) and they charge you a $100 dollar cancellation fee. I had called this location many times and they were always friendly however the last time I called about cancellation the Manager Traci was very RUDE and short nothing like the peppy act she had put on before. The other staff has always been kind however the manager was very impolite. The saunas are nice but you could easily get a membership at another gym with a sauna that isn’t just in it for the money but actually care about their customers.
