Harvey Smith: Great space for a gym. They could use a little bit more equipment but the classes are excellent. They could also use a bit more ventilation it gets quite hot in there so bring lots of water. they keep it open aired. Very friendly staff and helpful staff. It has just a great vibe for a gym. Also comes with a good recovery room like suanas and ice baths which is great. Also the app they have is very easy to use and well designed so easy to book sessions. I will be comming back

Stephanie Weitzel: The lady who answered the phone this morning was rude. I canceled my membership three months ago, and $63 was still deducted from my account today. I asked to speak with a manager, but she argued and was disrespectful. I repeatedly requested to speak with her manager. She placed me on hold for 40 minutes, then picked up the phone, stated I would not be refunded, and hung up. This company takes advantage of people and their money. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. I will be contacting my lawyer to resolve this matter.
    Factory Gym - Buda
Gabriel Watson: Factory Gym ATX is a really solid gym with a badass vibe. The black and green theme looks great, especially at night with the lighting. The posing room and locker rooms are honestly the best parts because they are super clean, modern, and really well designed. The music, speakers, and overall atmosphere make it easy to stay focused during your workout. On the nitpicky side, for the price of about $90 per month plus a $130 enrollment fee, there are a few things that could be improved. Some machine cushions were ripped, a few attachments were old, and some of the benches were not the most comfortable. The AC also was not working very well when I went at night and the back area of the gym feels a little unfinished. Adding more mirrors or a proper wall in that section would help it match the rest of the space. Along with painting some of the racks to match with the green. None of these things are deal breakers though. I still got a great workout every time, and the equipment selection and overall environment make it worth checking out. With a bit more upkeep the gym could easily be perfect, but even as it is now, it is a great spot with a strong vibe. Highly recommend regardless, just wanted to be nit picky because id love to see this gym flourish.

Just Jayyy: They are cool here. Huge floor, super clean, sans weirdness, good equipment, good food all around, laundry too. Also a Jumpolinareum or sumpin. Bowling and coffee across the street. Allegedly some kind of co-work space called Dwell, but I havent checked it out- looks cool on-screen though. Supercool overnight guy, shouts to Bryan.
    Travis County Strength - Austin
Julia Fortkort: I first became part of this community back in 2010, when Travis was leading classes at RedBlack Gym through Crossfit Central. When he launched Travis County Strength in 2013, I followed—and I’ve been a loyal member ever since. The programming and coaching here are truly exceptional. Classes are intentionally kept small, which means you get personalized attention when you need it. I’ve tried countless gyms and personal trainers over the years, but nothing compares to the quality and care at TCS. The coaches are deeply committed to proper form and tailor movements to meet you where you are—whether youre just starting out or youre a seasoned athlete. As someone who’s had a love/hate relationship with working out, I need a space that keeps me accountable and consistent. TCS does exactly that. The community is warm, supportive, and genuinely uplifting. It’s the only gym where I feel I’m consistently getting the most out of every workout. If you’re searching for a place to train, I can’t recommend Travis County Strength enough. Try a class—you’ll see what makes it special.
Golds Gym Austin South Central - Austin
    Golds Gym Austin South Central
Ethan Cordes: Probably the worst run gym I’ve ever been to. I am not exaggerating when I say these pics were all taken on the same day. I ended up walking around seeing how many out of order signs I could find like it was an Easter egg hunt. You can probably still go in there and the out of order signs will all still be there, no matter what date you are reading this. The WiFi is unusable. The sauna is broken half the time, the refuse to fix anything. Been here for a year and a half and I think it’s finally time to switch. I have asked them many times to fix stuff and this is where we are at now. I went to LA fitness down the road and it’s 10x better so now I will try to bring as many people from golds to LA with me before I cancel my membership out of spite. They either don’t have a manager or they are wildly overpaid because they are never there. Sauna is always broken and is never even very hot anymore, they never fix equipment when it breaks, hours could be better. One thing I will say though is that personal trainer Daniel is dope. They should give him a raise, because he is the only good thing about this place. Don’t go to this gym (unless you want a personal training session with Daniel).
    RvE Fitness - Austin
Monje Paul (Yield): This location provides premium gym equipment in a clean beautiful atmosphere. Dedicated rooms for strength training, pilates, boxing, aqua aerobics, yoga, cycling, massage, cardio and a private training studio. It also has a pool, hot tub as well as a dry and wet sauna. Towels are provided for members. Large locker rooms with showers that provide all essential showering products. It is a very well rounded facility providing everything you need for optimal health and wellness.

Tahsir: This gym is well-maintained and very organized. It has everything needed to do great workout with. Since the first day I came to the gym, I knew this was perfect one for me. The Judgement Free Zone makes it worthwhile to go to. For any residents in Austin, this is by far, a great one to visit. With Alexa and the rest of the spectacular crew members, this gym has an enlightening future ahead.
F45 Training Hilton Downtown Austin - Austin
Katherine Snyder: Such a pleasant F45 experience while using the Passport feature during business travel. Trainer Eddie was awesome and everyone in the studio was friendly. Same great workout I get at my home studio in Denver. As others have mentioned, this is on the 8th floor of the Hilton and the signage to find it is great from the time you enter the lobby until the time you reach the studio. Totally recommend for anyone else using Passport while in Austin
