    Michael Evans: I only ever used the open gym at HIT Athletic and it was honestly one of the best gym spaces I’ve ever had access to. Tons of high-quality Rogue equipment (more than enough bars, plates, racks, and specialty stuff you rarely see elsewhere), never overcrowded, always clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming every single time I walked in. If you just want a serious strength training facility with zero hassle, this place is perfect. Highly recommend!

The variety and quality of the equipment are excellent, and the entire facility is spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, with members who are courteous and respectful. The staff deserve special mention. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions, which made me feel comfortable right away. Their upbeat energy truly sets the tone and makes the gym feel like a second home. As someone who is getting back to the gym, feeling happy to go thanks to a welcoming staff makes a difference in staying consistent. I also appreciate the secure lockers, which provide peace of mind even if you forget your own lock. Overall, I’m very pleased with this location and look forward to reaching my fitness goals here and to try the other amenities.

    S R: Y’all I love the personal training here! I have chronic back issues and have suffered with pain most of my adult life. I am still a very active person but found myself in need of some personal training to prep for an upcoming backpacking trip. I had 6 personal training session with Cassey to focus on hips/butt/thighs and agility. During the course of the training my pain vanished!!! No joke. I never thought that my chronic issues could be significantly improved with strength training. I’m so pleased and have continued with the training at home. I highly recommend her training for anyone in need!!!
