1 /5 Alisia Powell: First off just let me say. This bank could use some handicap accessible areas for the people who arent able to step up on steap steps. I typically part around the side to let my disabled mother out to go in, and wouldnt you know its 10:30 am and the side doors are locked.

Cold atmosphere non caring especially if your on the heritage and you pay no fees.Got a 16yr old charge off threw in my face by Mr Lee a loan officer now. He was not there 16 yrs. a go doesnt know me or the situation.. Im going to another bank. Paid my house off there. Car loan and a lot of other things not appreciated by them.

robert jones: I don’t have much of a review for this bank because they would not return my calls. I called, text and sent emails. When I would call someone would tell me the person I needed to talk to was at lunch, in a meeting or otherwise not available. I was always promised a call back that never came.

Anony Muss: I’m pretty sure this bank is running a sort of Ponzi scheme, or at the very least robbing Peter to pay Paul kind of deal. I deposit my check every week. Every Sunday the ATM says my account is empty, and the ladies inside say “yep everything adds up…you spent all of your money”. However, between Tuesday and Thursday half of my paycheck shows up in my account (depending on how much they take out to cover other people’s expenses and let me keep). I’m going to ask the FDIC and BBB to investigate.
