Their workout equipment is good working condition and a good variety of machines and free weights to get in a complete workout. Their friendliness & cleanliness is to be commended! I look forward to returning there in the future!

    Arlene Dean: Semi expensive, but the amenities are outstanding looking. VA drops 10.00 off 55, when we hit 62, it will drop another 10.00. You get to freeze twice a year for a month for extended absences. There is a nice look drink/shake bar. Pool is open year around and heated even though its outside. Sauna, didnt check out yet, hot tub outside as well. Clayton is amazing. Just saying.

I go three times per week and always feel better and energized after my hour long workout. Ending my visit with a massage on the Hydrobed is wonderful!

    Adam Vigil: Ive trained at 4 different gyms and this is the best out of the 4. The atmosphere that has been cultivated there is what you want in a martial arts gym and the professionalism and passion shown by the coachs has made it a pleasure to train there.

    Marie Williams: Vitality Fitness and Wellness is amazing. I talked to Abril Wright about training because the doctor report said that I have a Heart Murmur. For me to be healthier and live longer all I had to do was change my diet and add exercise. I tried for a few months and did ok but after a while I felt like nothing was changing. I didnt lose any weight and was still having heart palpitations and feeling lots of pressure where my heart was having a hard time pumping. Training with Abril Wright I felt much better. I was not as tired, I could breathe properly, and I didnt feel any pressure in my chest. She really care about people being healthy so she will push you, motivate you, and encourage you beyond her job description so you are guaranteed to meet our expected goal if you do the work and follow the diet plan.
