    Marie Williams: Vitality Fitness and Wellness is amazing. I talked to Abril Wright about training because the doctor report said that I have a Heart Murmur. For me to be healthier and live longer all I had to do was change my diet and add exercise. I tried for a few months and did ok but after a while I felt like nothing was changing. I didnt lose any weight and was still having heart palpitations and feeling lots of pressure where my heart was having a hard time pumping. Training with Abril Wright I felt much better. I was not as tired, I could breathe properly, and I didnt feel any pressure in my chest. She really care about people being healthy so she will push you, motivate you, and encourage you beyond her job description so you are guaranteed to meet our expected goal if you do the work and follow the diet plan.
