Liu Duan: This is an awful insurance agency. I called them to request an insurance quote. They established multiple insurance policies for me and my wife without our consent. I asked them to cancel these policies, they promised to do so, but never followed through. Later, I logged into the Allstate website and successfully canceled these insurance policies. However, the company still insisted that I pay a portion of the premiums for the days before I canceled the policies. Subsequently, a debt collection agency started pursuing me for these premiums. When they encountered issues, several employees resorted to lying. By calling this agency to inquire about an insurance quote, I not only wasted a significant amount of time but also incurred additional expenses. I regret making that initial phone call to them.
