Any time I walk through the door in greeted warmly, with a smile. They check on ME. They ask me how Im doing, how things are going. They care about me - not just as a customer, but as an individual. When I bought a new truck, they asked if I would be interested in them running numbers on refinancing with State Farm. I said they could run numbers, but I got a pretty good rate. After running numbers, they came back saving me $50/month on my truck payment. They could have not said anything and saved themselves some time and effort - but they didnt. They want to make sure I have the best deal for me. I love Bob and his staff. Its not just an insurance company - they make sure I always know Im part of the family. Maybe thats why I have no problems trusting him with all my insurance needs.

Then I waited. And waited. And… nothing. On May 27, after nearly two weeks of radio silence, I called the office. A very reassuring woman (Michelle? Office manager?) told me Skyler would be calling me that day. Spoiler alert: he didn’t. I called back again on May 30 and finally got Skyler on the phone. He apologized, said he’d have my quotes to me by end of day. Guess what? Still nothing. No call, no text, no email—just an impressively consistent lack of follow-through. If you’re hoping for a quick, professional response or even the basic courtesy of a returned call, this agency may not be your best bet.
