Chase Lynn Warning/Red flag: Quit paying my insurance policy once they raised it $80 on me. From 260 to 340. After I canceled it, they continued to draw renters insurance from my account so I called and canceled that. Then I get a call from my OLD insurance agent ( Becky Quijano. Then miss butt hurt Becky texts Me repeatedly trying to justify her little girl behavior with more little girl behavior. Please hire employees that don’t let their emotions get mixed in with their work) asking why I canceled sounding all butt hurt like I just broke up with her after the eighth grade dance. Told her I found someone that is charging me half of what they charge me and she said “We probably could’ve gotten you down to $135 If you just would’ve called me and tried to work something out” Initially put me at 260 but you could’ve gone down to 135? Then raised it to 340 but you could’ve gone to 135? This place is a joke.
