    Justin: This is nothing against the lovely people that work at this branch. They are amazing and very courteous. Now, This bank is perfect for you if you love being locked out of your account the day before a banking holiday and not notified about it. I am completely stranded right now. This is not the first time though. I have lost several thousand dollars from missing work (Traveling Construction) because they have locked my account past business hours and left me with no one to contact. And don’t even bother trying to finance a car through them. Last December I tried to, I had some unpaid debt so we agreed if I can get that paid off and bring proof that they would approve me for a certain amount with a certain amount down. I paid off 9k in debt and then when I talked to the bank they went back on their word. Said I needed more down and a guarantor. Needless to say in a sense I threw away 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS in the trash and never got my car. Being locked out this time is the last straw. So I’m leaving a review. I will be closing this account down in the near future. I am tired of this.

    Sabrena St Clergy: i’m from out of town and I had to open up an account here at this local date for a loan on a home. I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.
