5 /5 Chance King: Absolutely fantastic gym for a lot of reasons. Ive been attending classes here for right at 2 years. I was hesitant to try classes for the first time after just going to the gym mostly solo. Its a game changer though.
If youre a parent, the 45-minute workouts are the most efficient workout youll get in a short time period. My endurance has drastically improved and Im in the best overall fitness of my life. Even for those with a strength training focus the workouts are awesome. You can definitely get stronger while doing HIIT workouts.
The workouts make sense. The movements are very practical and safe. This is nothing like a crossfit gym where each movement has a dangerous risk/benefit ratio. Youll also have the opportunity to lift heavy which really differentiates this gym from other classes.
The trainers are all wonderful. Great personalities, supportive, knowledgeable, and respectful. All great athletes. Chanie, Cherilyn, Alex, Sara, Charles, Brooke, and Kazhal all deserve year-end bonuses if thats a thing here.
