1 /5 Chosen One: I put a 700 guitar on layaway gave 70 down and when I went past my due date of which I expected a courtesy call for a reminder of which I did not receive and when I went in couple days late they said I lost my down payment and said someone else bought the guitar? I said what about the courtesy call their reply “company policy changed and they no longer do that and so I lost the money and the guitar”. I’ve bought many times there and never had that happen to me. If policy was changed than grand father the policy I was sold and money taken under false pretense. If I would have known I would have made adjustments. What they did is FRAUD
