Bro Toob: We’ve had Farmers insurance since 2016 and never made a claim. We had a huge storm at the end of April where a tornado touched down fairly close to our house. The high winds knocked off lots of shingles from our roof. Come to find out in May someone from Farmers drive by our house and took pictures of our “damaged” roof. The storm knocked our fence down and we had to get it replaced. I received a letter in the mail that at the end of August stating that our insurance was set to cancel on 9/21/23 because of a damaged roof. After talking with Farmers letting them know back to back problems we’ve had to take care of around the house like replacing our entire AC unit and replacing the fence the storm knocked down the only option is get the roof fixed. So my insurance will be cancelled cause I have no money to fix the “damaged” roof. Honestly why would you take pictures of a roof days after a huge storm? If I could give zero stars I would!!
