Katie Casey: My husband purchased a band for my wedding gift and I’ve continued to have a diamond fall out (3) times. Last time they sent documentation stating they would REPLACE the ring. Now another diamond has fallen out and they don’t show the ring was replaced and then gave some poor excuse of prongs weaken over time?! Purchased around December 2024 sent back in January and February for diamonds falling out and now August and same issue but they want me to pay for the repair?! Don’t buy anything from here if you have expectations of good workmanship. I do have small fingers size 5 to be exact. If this ring is unable to be that size due to the style and diamonds falling out, then they should disclose that and I even mentioned it and never was stated if that could be a possibility.

A little leery, I did some research as to an unfamiliar term, GOLD FILLED. I came to understand that, although not 100% real gold, it’s the next best thing. It claims to be able to be worn like 100% gold, without losing its shine and able to last years without turning, for A FRACTION OF THE COST. So, I bought anklets knowing I would get the true test from them because I would leave them on and live normal. MD TD (TDMD): The young woman who completed my transaction in the Stonebriar location in Frisco, Texas, failed to tell me on the day of purchase , 3/20/25, that all earrings were not returnable, although I asked what was the return policy prior to purchase. The manager (pictured pretending to be afraid) today, 3/26/25, refused to refund me for my entire purchase. This store does not have anything posted (pictured)within the store to tell you that earrings and hairpieces are not refundable. I told her to refund me the earrings since there is nothing posted and she refused. I informed her that this store does not have good ratings, I called them 4 times and no one answered and now this. She may want to consider posting the retune/exchange policy something and educate their sales staff. Then she started wrapping the other items that I wanted to refund and said that she was not going to refund me anything. So I told her that I would call the police. She said that she now feels threatened because I made it personal. I told her that this business. The officer arrived as I waited outside the store. He agreed to go in and speak to her. I said if she is willing to refund me everything that I would not post this. So when he came back out with my receipt I later saw that she not only didn’t refund my the full amount but she kept the earrings which is theft. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! So many more quality jewelers.
