    Nancy Martinez: Disappointing Experience with Hotworx Membership Cancellation Process. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I reached out to Hotworx to notify them that I needed to cancel my membership because these workouts were no longer safe for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the cancellation process was frustrating and disappointing. Initially, I was informed that I could only cancel my membership in person. I was also told that I had paid several months in advance, so I would either have to wait until the prepaid period ended or pay to freeze my account. Given that I wouldnt be able to return for a while due to my pregnancy, I explained my situation. I went in person to cancel my account. At that point, I was told I could have canceled over the phone—something I wasn’t informed of earlier. To add to my frustration, I was then told I would be charged a $99 cancellation fee. Overall, my experience was highly disappointing. The communication was unclear, and the process felt unnecessarily complicated.

    Rance Robles: This gym is absolutely amazing!!! There is more than enough machines and equipment to get a great workout for all fitness levels. The space is always kept clean and has multiple wipe down stations for you to use. The owners have made great use of the space and structured the layout of the equipment so well - there is more than enough space! Even during the busy hours, I’m able to hit all of my workouts in a timely manner. This is a great gym in the area!

    Tiffany Selby: Anytime Fitness Quinlan was the answer I was looking in finding a perfect gym close to my in-laws who I visit and stay with frequently. Keith, the manager, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He helped get us signed up on our AF journey and he has such great energy to welcome you in each time. The gym is ginormous, with plenty of room to spread out and not be in others ways. I personally love how spread out the equipment is so that you don’t have to do gymnastics to rack weight. It’s always clean and music is always pumping great songs. I’ve been to a lot of AF gyms and this is hands down my favorite one!

    Eugenia Snyder: The coach is totally amazing. He works so great with anyone whos willing to give it a shot. Jerry and his wife truly care about the kids that come into their facility. Coach Jerry not only offers kids a good physical outlet but also offers great leadership. Kids and adults alike well have a good time.

    Raelene Brown: Our daughter has attended Texas Tough for just over a year now. Harper started with Mommy & Me and is now enjoying Tumble Tots. She absolutely loves going to class each week! She loves showing off what shes learned and practicing until her next class. Harper LOVES her coaches and friends she has made. Each time we drive by the gym, she has to point out "theres my class!" We love Texas Tough!! We highly recommend this gym and all the amazing coaches!

    FitQuest70: At gym #66 on my FitQuest70 journey to lose 70 pounds, the Anytime Fitness in Commerce, Texas, stood out with its large layout and a welcoming display of workout gear and supplements for purchase. It has a spacious carpet mat area and more plate-loaded than stack weight machines, though some leather upholstery showed wear—possibly from harsh cleaners, which got me thinking about leather deterioration over time. Despite a decent crowd, the roomy setup provided plenty of space for my upper body workout using the Anytime Fitness app. The modern, spotless shower facilities, complete with wall-mounted hair dryers, added a nice touch to a solid gym experience.
