CTC Financial Aid - Killeen Azure: Super unprofessional condescending and rude whenever they do answer the phone. Usually it’s impossible to get a hold of them and when you finally do it’s to treat you like trash. They’re not helpful and every chance they get they’re transferring you to another office to get off the phone asap.
