CTC Financial Aid - Killeen (TX)

1 /5 Azure: Super unprofessional condescending and rude whenever they do answer the phone. Usually it’s impossible to get a hold of them and when you finally do it’s to treat you like trash. They’re not helpful and every chance they get they’re transferring you to another office to get off the phone asap.

1 /5 Daranee Bailey: Very rude and unprofessional; staff is extremely sarcastic. You will be more confused after speaking with them than you were before. The staff isnt willing to pull up your account and help you out. Would definitely give them -5 stars if I could.

5 /5 Zuleima Mucu: I had my reservations, but this office has truly come through. I received a full grant through Fafsa and watched my award letter funds to the T. I always received my exact amount back in a check and never had a problem taking classes without them being paid on time. I have now ended my time with this institution and I must say, they have truly been on target. Walk in face-to-face is always best. Their phone communication used to be spot on but lately a phone call goes unanswered.

5 /5 Cheyanne Culp: I spoke with Karen Bentley from the financial aid office and had the BEST experience that i EVER have had at CTC. She was so helpful and informative on how to finish out my degree and some questions that i had. I left knowing everything possible, all my questions answered and information that i didnt even know. Her customer service was NOTHING short than amazing! People like her help students to be successful and never become discouraged. KAREN I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH!

1 /5 famouskidd myahh: Financial aid department is very unprofessional. I don’t know who’s in control of the email or whatever they don’t answer it. They take forever to answer the phone if they do answer .. It’s ridiculous being a student here concerned about paying for your classes and textbooks and they don’t even take the time to answer. 0/10 realistically
